1. OPENING REMARKS: GRAY called the meeting to order. Announcement was made that Foundation President Mike DRENNAN has received a promotion that required his relocation to LA, CA. As a result, he has submitted his resignation. (After the meeting, M/Gen (Ret) G. Wesley Clark was named by the Board of Directors as the new President).
2. OLD BUSINESS:
A. FINANCIAL REPORT: Financial status as of 29 February 2008 was presented and accepted by the staff (WEAVER):
Cash Available: $19,643.78
CY08 Income: $3,159.24
CY08 Expenditure: $7,632.23
-Gift Shop Sales have been strong
-Largest Expenditure has been PK MPT
B. CURATOR’S UPDATE (NASH):
PK SHROUD: Assembly completed.
F4C ACCIDENT: Replacement part(s) have arrived from DMAFB. Working with the 302 AW personnel to install the parts. Cost of parts and transportation is $12,000.
PK MPT: The 302 AW was forced to cancel the scheduled pick up of remaining MPT parts at VAFB, CA. They are working to reschedule the mission.
MINUTEMAN III MISSILE: Two locations are still under consideration for the missile-the Museum or the East Gate.
GUARDIAN CHALLENGE: PK MPT dedication is scheduled for 8 May 08.
DISPLAYS: Staff working on displays for the COS Airport, PAFB Club Enlisted Heritage Room, and the Personnel Flight waiting room.
WING RECYCLE PROGRAM: Containers have been placed through the Museum facilities.
KUDOS: Much KUDOS to the Artifacts Crew, Black Gang and DOCENTs for their many, many hours during the first three months.

D. ARTIFACTS CREW (McKINNEY)
-Still preparing for NMAF May visit. Almost 200 hrs last month.
-Another wall to wall inventory under way.
-Thirty-one accessions this month (From Monte Watts’ collection).
-Tom Page (RADOMES) will visit the Museum 4 Apt 08.
E. BLACK GANG (GRAY):
-PK PMT almost complete.
-CE Sqdn expected to start working on the final electrical connection shortly.
-2483 volunteer service hours so far.
-DSP Satellite Model should be shipped to the Museum next week.
F. NEWSLETTER (McKINNEY):
- Last call for inputs-going to press new week.
G. RAMP RATS (KOVACH):
-Cold weather has prevented work in the Air Park.
H. DOCENTS (GRIER):
-Very busy already this year.

-Sever vial new items placed on the site (PK Shroud, PK MPT update)
3. NEW BUSINESS:
- Open discussion about the Air Defense Exhibit resulted in GRAY asking McKINNEY to form a working group and meet with the DIRECTOR to discuss options for the exhibit.
