CMSGT (Ret) Jack McKinney, USAF, was recognized by Museum Director Gail Whalen (L) and Foundation President Major General (Ret) Wes Clark, USAF, (R) during the 03 December 2010 Volunteer Staff Meeting. The P-38 model was presented to mark Chief McKinney's donations which passed the five thousand dollar level.
