The Peterson Air and Space Museum recognizes the following individuals or organizations for their contributions to our museum to preserve and portray the heritage, history and missions of the Peterson Air Force Base and the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport Historical District.

On 21 June 2003, USAF (Ret) Brigadier General Jerry M. Drennan presented T/SGT Bill Emery & M/SGT Barry Brown from the 144th FW Fresno CA ANG with F-106 t-shirts in recognition for the 144th FW's support for the Peterson Air and Space Museum's F-106 display aircraft.
On 22 Aug 03, USAF (Ret) Brigadier General Jerry M. Drennan presented Summer Hires Tia McKean and Eric Pizana mementos for their outstanding performance to the Museum during the Summer of 2003.
On 23 Jan 04, USAF (Ret) Brigadier General Ronald D. Gray presented Elizabeth A. Edwards, Director of Volunteer Services & Conservator, a memento and certificate for "Volunteer of the Year - 2003"
On 22 Apr 04, Elizabeth Edwards received a Certificate of Appreciation for being a nominee for the Peterson Air Fore Base's 2004 Volunteer Excellence Award
On 21 May 04, Jerry and Elizabeth Edwards received letters of appreciation for their outstanding support to the Pete Museum.
On 10 July 04, Curator Dr. Mary Elizabeth Ruwell received a memento for her service to the Museum.
