On 27 Feb 10, the museum was visited by Dr. Thomas Jones, former NASA astronaut (veteran of four Space Shuttle missions), author, speaker, etc., etc.. He spent a couple hours with us, interacting with staff, docents, and other visitors. He signed copies of his book "Hell Hawks", which he co-authored with Mr. Robert Dorr. "Hell Hawks" is about the 365th Fighter Group, which flew P- 47s in Europe during World War ll, and he was very interested in viewing our P- 47 display.
