After touring the Peterson Air & Space Museum, 179 individuals gathered in the "Old City Hangar" for dinner the evening of 14 May 05. Master of Ceremonies Reed Thomas called the group to order for the posting of the colors by the Peterson AFB Civil Air Patrol Color Guard followed by the playing of the National Anthem. Jerry Tonnell gave the Invocation. Guests were welcomed by the Museum's Foundation Vice President Ron Gray (Brigadier General USAF - Retired). Jerry Blackwell then read a citation to accompany the Iceland Mural and Douglas A. Harper (Colonel USAF - Retired) reviewed the Iceland Radar History. The Mural was then accepted by Gail Whalen (Museum Director). Lt. Col. Brian T. Vaughn, 932nd ACS Commander, made some special remarks with closing remarks by William Chick (MSgt USAF- Retired). Dinner was served and the Mac McNulty Orchestra provided the evening entertainment.
