The above cover letter in the Peterson Air and Space Museum's archives revealed that a ceremony had taken place on 03 June 1988 after a three week restoration effort. While the copy of the draft article referred to in paragraph # 1 above was mostly unreadable, the photo copies of the photographs and captions referred to in paragraph # 2 were of sufficient quality to withstand scanning and are presented here below to recognize the effort put forth.
